In 2020 he opted for the Residential Real Estate sector, discovering a world where he could showcase all his qualities. During his experience in the Canton of Ticino, he covered a very large area that went from Lugano to all the valleys of the canton, naturally including Locarno and surrounding areas on Lake Maggiore.
