Praia dos Coqueiros Beach Condo
Introduction
This sketch of work intends to introduce the Praia Ponta de Coqueiros Beach Condo to future
interested investors. First, it makes a presentation of the local placement of the Condo in terms
of the municipality of Pitimbu and, second, it reviews the present situation of the area in terms
of resources availability, economic development and socio-economic modernization.
The Municipality of Pitimbu
Pitimbu is the municipality located at the right corner end of the state of Paraíba.
The Praia dos Coqueiros Beach Condo
The Condo Praia dos Coqueiros Beach Resort is located at the right southern end of the
municipality of Pitimbu (see map 01). The Condo is located at a hill close to the beach Praia
Ponta de Coqueiros, about 550 meters, with a beautiful view of the beach and the surrounding
area which is actually ocupied mostly with tourist houses.
The tourist population that occupies the area is bigger than the population of the Municipality
as the surroundings beaches of Pitimbu and Acau are fully occupied by this population which
comes mainly from the state of Pernambuco, Recife being the first tourist origin of the
population, and João Pessoa, the capital of the state.
