This beautiful, private home is in the heart of Esterillos Oeste, an easy walk to the beach, Super Sol and World Famous Los Almendros restaurant. Fully titled, you can own it with your passport or put it in a Costa Rica corporation. There is a tall wall around the property, making it very private, and electric gate for ease of entry and a large garage that opens to the living room and kitchen. The daytime living space has a view of the back yard and garden, outdoor kitchen area and swimming pool. There is handcrafted solid wood cabinetry throughout making for ample storage space.
